“What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality.”
- Plutarch, Greek Philosopher
Welcome
Welcome to my Los Gatos LMFT website. It is intentionally simple and straightforward.
There is no “one size fits all” therapy approach but my goal as a therapist is to help each unique client strengthen relationships, gain resilience, heal from pain and create hope for their future.
I love what I do and if you would like to learn more about therapy with me I encourage you to call or send me an email to determine if we might be a mutually good fit.

Being heard does.”

FAQ's
Insurance?
I currently do not accept insurance but I can provide
a monthly invoice that you may submit for reimbursement if your insurance plan has an “out of network” benefit. I am a Lyra Health provider if your company is contracted with them.
What about confidentiality?
As a licensed therapist I am mandated by law to maintain confidentiality and I take this very seriously. The therapy room is your safe space. There are times when the law also limits confidentiality, if a client could be a danger to themselves or others but generally speaking, privacy is an important part of my practice.
